On-line registration will be open until 15th March. Please Click on-line registration and follow the instructions.

This service will let you register and pay through the Internet with an officially secured system SSL and receive your confirmation letter on-line. Participants must bring this letter to the registration desk as proof of their registration. Data Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT:

Junior registration fees are for residents and/or trainees. To benefit from the Junior registration fees, proof of status is mandatory.

Trainees must be under 35 years of age at the time of the Meeting and/or still in training. Proof of age and/or training status is mandatory. A letter of confirmation from the Head of Unit may be uploaded during the registration process confirming that you are a trainee.

Should your registration remains unpaid as of the deadline date for the fee you applied, registration fees will automatically be modified to late fees.

Only paid registration fees will be considered.

The organizers are not responsible for any official VAT change.

The scientific program and abstract books will be available for free in the congress app, and will also be made available for download on the congress website nearer 2017 BANFF-SCT Joint Scientific Meeting start date.

We would like to make 2017 BANFF-SCT a paper free event and thank you for your green consciousness!

(a) Full Meeting Registration: Monday 27th to Friday 31st March 2017

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Access to Exhibition area
  • Coffee breaks during the Meeting period

  • Program & Book of Abstracts through the website during the Meeting

(b) Registration for the last 3 days: Wednesday 29th to Friday 31st March 2017

  • Admission to all scientific sessions (29th, 30th & 31st March, only)
  • Access to Exhibition area
  • Coffee breaks during the Meeting period
  • Lunch box from  29th to 30th March
  • Program & Book of Abstracts through the website during the Meeting

(c) Full Meeting Registration: Monday 27th to Friday 31st March 2017

Badges

All participants and exhibitors are requested to wear their 2017 Banff-SCT name badges at all times, in order to be given access to the Meeting venue. Participants not wearing the 2017 Banff-SCT badge will not be granted access past the registration area.

EUR 25.00 (VAT included) will be charged for replacing a lost badge and for re-printing due to incorrect submission of names and/or company names or addresses.

Exhibitors are admitted into the exhibition area as well as the catering areas, but have no access to the lecture halls.

Cancellation and Refunds

The registration fees, will be refunded for cancellations made before 31st January 2017. After this deadline, no refund policy will be in effect.
